How do I request a community garden site?

Search Find a garden first. If the pin is already claimed, open that Collihort site instead of creating a second one.

On collihort.com you can start a solo garden immediately, or request a community garden for a neighborhood, PUD, municipality, condo, or rooftop. Both forms require Collihort Terms, Privacy, and an acknowledgment that Collihort is not the garden operator and does not copy Palencia’s members.

A claimed listing already has a Collihort host — open that site. A pending pin already has a request or a reserved site. An unclaimed pin can be claimed from the homepage form. A community request waits on Collihort review after you confirm email.

Once the site exists, the first organizer sets zip code, growing areas, and which modules the garden actually uses.
