What are Collihort Terms and the garden waiver?

Terms and Privacy are Collihort software clickwrap on every host. The garden membership agreement is the club’s land and volunteer waiver, required on Request to join.

Every Collihort page footer links Terms and Privacy. Creating a solo garden or requesting a community site requires those checkboxes plus an acknowledgment that Collihort does not operate the land and does not copy Palencia’s members or books.

Request to join on a garden site also requires that garden’s membership and activity agreement. Palencia’s clauses are a template filled with the new garden’s name — not Palencia’s signed roster.

A Florida lawyer who does recreational, volunteer, and premises work should review the actual words. The product can collect the clicks; it cannot make the form enforceable by itself.

The waiver registry stays available even if organizers hide the library. Turning Knowledge off does not hide land-work waivers.
